Vasilis Loules at the Gerovassiliou Wine Museum

On Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7 pm, we welcome film director Vasilis Loules to a lecture entitled: "The Human-Centered Documentary in a World of Information Overload".

In a world of information overload, Human-centered Documentaries give a voice to ordinary people and their "insignificant" personal stories. But how can these films delve into the depths of these narratives and shed light on the "big" issues? What is the point of filming an oral testimony in today's world of social media and the blurred lines between reality and the "real" brought about by Artificial Intelligence?

Just before the lecture, the Wine Museum will be open to visitors from 6-7pm.
