Museum Collection White
Characteristics
The Museum Collection White is a combination of five white varieties cultivated on the estate: Malagousia, Assyrtiko, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier.
Following multiple taste trials, Vangelis Gerovassiliou chose oak barrels for maximum-quality maturing and the best sensory characteristics to create a collectors’ wine with complex aromas and long life.
This wine has a bright golden yellow colour and is characterised by the aromas of honey, pineapple, melon, and passion fruit with buttery and nutty hints.
Full on the palate, exuberant, with a crisp, long aromatic aftertaste.
Best enjoyed chilled at 10-12 °C.
Food pairing
Fatty fish, molluscs and shellfish, poultry or pork in white sauces, smoked cheeses.
Available only from the Wine Museum Shop.
