🎥 August Full Moon at Ktima Gerovassiliou

Ktima Gerovassiliou bids farewell to summer and welcomes the new wine-growing season with a screening of Eva Stefani’s film “Bull’ s heart ” on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 8.30 p.m., in the estate’s garden. A documentary inspired by Dimitris Papaioannou’s performance “Transverse Orientation,” produced by Onassis Culture. 

Screening schedule 

• 7.30 p.m. | Welcome with a glass of wine
• 7.30–8.30 p.m. | Free tour of the Gerovassiliou Wine Museum
• 8.30 p.m. | Film screening in the garden of the Estate

The evening will conclude with a discussion with director Eva Stefanis.
The film will be screened in Greek with English subtitles (Running Time: 79 minutes. Age Rating: 18+).

A few words about the film  
Can art give meaning to our lives? Director Eva Stefanis follows the preparation and European tour of the play “Transverse Orientation” by Greece's leading choreographer and visual artist, produced by the Onassis Foundation's Stegi, and observes, up close, the brilliant artist Dimitris Papaioannou and his collaborators as they strive to give shape and life to the work. The film, however, is not merely a documentary about a performance or an artist, but an exploration of the nature of creation.
