Excellence Award for the students of Thermaikos Municipality

For the 6th consecutive year, Ktima Gerovassiliou, as part of its corporate social responsibility and its commitment to supporting the local community, honors the students from high schools of Thermaikos Municipality who excelled in their entrance exams with the amount of 1,000 euro per student.

This year’s award recipients are Damianos Xanthopoulos, Eleni Choutou, Dimitra Fermanoglou, Iro Magkrioti and Christos Peskelidis. The awards were presented by Marianthi Gerovassiliou during a ceremony held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, in the presence of Mayor Theodoros Tzekos.

This award is a symbolic gesture, in memory of Argyris and Marianthi Gerovassiliou, parents of Evangelos Gerovassiliou, who loved education, in a period when access to it was not evident.
