Delivery and Returns

Our electronic shop works 24/7 and you can be provided with the stock of the available old vintages of Ktima Gerovassiliou. However, your order will be launched only on work days at office hours. Please check with our site for the days that the estate remains closed.

The time of delivery of your wines depends on the courier companies. For your best services, we cooperate with more than one courrier company since the charges can vary depending on the area or the city.

After the completion of your order you will receive an automated email that will confirm it. Once the order reaches the Sales Department and is launched for delivery, a second email will be sent to you with all the necessary information of your order and its shipment.

Before the payment you are offered the choice of receipt or invoice.

In case you would like to send a gift, you have the flexibility to fill in different mailing and charging addresses. Therefore, the receipt or the invoice will be sent to the charging address while the gift to the mailing address.

The mailing costs comprise transportation and packaging costs as well as breakage insurance costs.

For orders over 50€ there will be no mailing costs.



At our electronic shop you have the opportunity to purchase our old vintages. Available for sale are bottles of 0.75 L and 1.5 L. The bottles of 3 L, 5 L and plus are available only directly from the winery to secure their transportation.

The delivery of the wines will be suspended, when temperature conditions are not acceptable for their transportation (e.g. July, August).



If you encounter a problem with your order you must contact us immediately. The competent department will look into the issue and act accordingly. No returns will be accepted after 5 days from the day of delivery.
