The three buildings forming the estate's winery are located at the heart of the vineyard. Construction of the first building began in 1986 and was completed in 1999, following five successive interventions.
The wine production area -specially designed for receiving the grapes straight after the harvest and the smooth circulation of must and wine in a naturally cool environment- houses all necessary equipment for the production of high-quality wines: pneumatic press, special tanks for the pre-fermentation maceration (skin contact) of white wines, stainless steel fermentation tanks for white and red vinification with automated cooling system, oak fermentation vats for red vinification and stabilisation tanks.
All red and some white wines of the estate are stored for a significant period of time in the two underground maturing-ageing areas. It is there that under constant temperature and humidity conditions, which are maintained by a special automated temperature control system, wines benefit from ageing in hundreds of French oak 225 L barrels.
The bottling area houses a state-of-the-art wine bottling system.
Packaging-storage 3,500 m2 building was constructed in the period 2006-2008. The ground floor houses the labeling and packaging equipment. In the two basement areas, with the help of modern technology to create a balanced preservation environment, bottled wines rest in ideal conditions until their release.
The new reception building was completed in 2014. It hosts visitor reception, the sales shop and museum cafe, the educational programs hall, and significantly contributes to increasing the numbers of visitors and events.
