Christos Yannaras at the Gerovassiliou Wine Museum

On Monday, 11 December 2017, at 19.00, we look forward to welcoming Professor of Philosophy Christos Yannaras for lecture on:

 
“Does science neutralize philosophy today?”

What image do we have today of Philosophy and science. What was the original historical reality and what is today? Philosophy still includes: Epistemology, Ontology-Metaphysics, Practical Philosophy-Ethics. The timeliness of agony for the “meaning” of existence and History. Always the open question about “beauty”, “heterogeneity”, “love”. The timeliness of Greek vision.
 
Just before the lecture the Wine Museum will be open from 18.00-19.00
